The Trade Marketing Manager will be an administrative marketing support person for a team of National Account Salespeople selling industry leading beverage alcohol brands to Chain Operators in the On-Premise Hospitality Channel. This Trade Marketing Manager will assist in the pre-call presentation and materials preparation, coordinate and implement marketing strategy, trade show events including message development and any artistic or creative graphics development. This Trade Marketing Manager will also participate in some of the sales calls and on-site, prepare process documentation for RFP submissions, coordinate with vendors to create marketing collateral, and spot-on accuracy in budget management and reconciliation. This person will provide various services within the organization including administrative support, data analysis, presentation building, and operational support. This Sr. Administrative Analyst will assist the team with administrative tasks needed to create, develop and execute award-winning beverage alcohol programs. The Sr. Administrative Analyst will dive into all aspects of data including Fintech reports, promotion tracking, merchandising, sales trends and other client data, creating spreadsheets, pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations to assist the team in Building Better Beverage Business™ for our clients. This person will be responsible for completing and overseeing the administrative projects and assigned follow-up for specific beverage marketing trends, cost analysis and programs to include coordinating artistic and creative graphics development, securing and analyzing pricing and sales data, preparing sales presentations, administrative functions and processing necessary accounting and project reports.
